DJ Industrial Sales - Company History
DJ Industrial was founded by Doug (DJ) Meinzinger in the late 1960's.Doug had previously been a BF Gooderich salesman and struck out on his own to distribute their rubber products. Over the next  two decades he expanded product lines to incorporate hydraulic and industrial components to complement his already flourishing hose and rubber business.

After Doug passed away in the early 1980's his family carried on and eventually sold the business to Herb and Barb Brown in late 1984. Their children joined shortly after words and a new era of growth and product development was under way.

New product lines were added including lubrication, pneumatic parts and accessories as well as power transmission and electrical components. The early 90's brought even more diversification to DJ s expanding product lines with the purchase of Toro Machine and Repair. This manufacturing division gave the company the ability to custom make components and quickly retrofit items to keep our customers equipment operating. It also enabled us to expand our repair division and supply
re-engineered parts to suit our customers needs.

Our " integrated supply campaign " was born. In 1998 Chris and Dave Brown took full ownership of the company. In the fall of 2003, DJ opened the Aeroquip Eaton Store to showcase its products . This new industrial retail concept was a success from its inception. As we approach our 40th anniversary we are excited and optimistic about our future, commited to helping our customers reduce costs and downtime.

In November of 2014 D.J. partnered with Sunsource, a leader in industrial and mobile fluid power distribution, to become part of one of the largest independent supply companies in North America. See -
